Rivalto is organized according to an innovative model: it has a central residence connected to several apartments, all conveniently accessible by public transport to the university.

The housing options include either a single room or a bed in a double room, within apartments shared by three or four people, equipped with bathrooms, a kitchen, and a terrace.

The aim of this innovative solution is to offer, in addition to all the advantages of a university residence, the opportunity to experience apartment living as well. The fee includes weekly cleaning, heating, condominium expenses, electricity, and meals.

The central residence is the focal point of students’ daily life, where they can study in high-quality spaces always available to them, and share moments of relaxation, sports, and entertainment.

Particularly characteristic are the social gatherings where students spend time together, celebrate birthdays, and informally host professionals and cultural figures.

The best way to feel at home is to “eat like at home,” and at Rivalto you truly do eat just like at home! The Residence offers lunch service 6 days a week and dinner service 5 days a week. For the remaining meals (breakfasts, Saturday dinner, and Sunday lunch and dinner), residents can use the fully equipped kitchens in their apartments.

The daily menu is rich, healthy, and well balanced, and in the dining hall students chat and eat together just like in a family setting. On special occasions, which are celebrated just as they would be at home, every detail is carefully arranged, and both lunch and dinner become meals for truly special occasions.

The Residence, characterized by functional and tastefully furnished spaces, offers students:

An agreement is in place with a next-generation gym located near the Residence: residents can access it free of charge at any time.
